Job Description
Job Responsible: is responsible to: - Design, Build and Develop the architecture of complete end to end data journey, from Data Mining to Data Transformation, Data Storage, Data Consumption and Visualization. - Lead and implement projects to enable the vision of data driven organization by recommending the resources, tools, methods and support model aligning to overall IT strategy and transformation. - To deliver quick wins based on defined scope, within approved timeline and budget. Eucation / Professional Qualification • At least a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent b. Professional Experience • 3 to 5 years of working experience in developing ETL, Data structure, Data Warehouse and development of BI reports • Experienced with manufacturing background is highly desirables • Proficiency in SQL, DAX and Power Query with scripting knowledge. • Familiarity with distributed data computing, SQL pool, Hadoop or equivalent. • Knowledge and experience in either of the products is an added advantage: MSSQL, PGSQL, SSIS, Databricks, Talend Data Ingestion, Power BI, Tableau or other cloud-based reporting tools. • Being analytical and able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision. • Good stakeholder management skills with good written and verbal communication skills. Additional requirements: General (Behavioural, Supervisory Skill, etc) - Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships - Proactive in driving desired outcome - Willing to be hands on when required - Organised, meticulous with ability to multi-task - Ability to work with minimal support and as part of a team - Good written and verbal communication skills Technical - Experience in Database Management, SQL querying, Data Modelling/Warehousing, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Business Intelligence and OLAP. - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stacks such as Power Pivot, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS is an added advantage. - Knowledge of languages like of R and Python is added advantage Technical requirements; Technical - Experience in Database Management, SQL querying, Data Modelling/Warehousing, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Business Intelligence and OLAP. - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stacks such as Power Pivot, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS is an added advantage. - Knowledge of languages like of R and Python is added advantage
