We are aggressively hiring Test Manager / Test Analyst team player with relentless energy who will be responsible for managing the testing of the project for User Acceptance Testing. The ideal candidate will need to provide the test strategy & planning, manage daily testing progress tracking, daily testing management, proper test defects tracking, defects management & reporting and overall test coordination. Responsibilities Test Manager (5 years & above) • Test Planning & Strategy o Definition of the test concept and related test strategy for all the project test phases – Test strategy: detailed description on how test activities will be executed and related entry/exit criteria definition for the different test phases and the reporting o Approve the test strategy and the overall test phases plan focusing on user acceptance test • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) o Plan the usage of the test environments according to the user acceptance test plan o Verify and certify the correctness and completeness of the data used o Assign the encountered defects to relevant parties, promptly o Planning and management of the defects resolution encountered o Approve the final Solution according to the predefined criteria (formal sign-off) o Provide the certification of the migrated data according to the predefined criteria (within the quality check performed in data migration) (formal sign-off) o Tracking and dispatching of the encountered defects; monitoring of the resolution activities in order to guarantee continuity to the user acceptance test activities: closing of successfully re-tested defects o Collect information about the progress of the user acceptance test and distribute a report to all relevant stakeholders o Consolidate the results obtained with the user acceptance test phase in a final report and distribute it to the relevant stakeholders Test Analyst (2 years & above) • Analyse and understand the requirements (BRS/SRS/FRS) • Design and execute Test Cases • Write thorough unit or integration tests with developers • Create and manage system test scripts • Document test results and evaluate results; raise the bugs when the actual result is not equal to the expected result • Involved in SIT and UAT testing activities Desired Skills • Must have background experience in one of more the following areas (Capital Markets, Retail/Commercial Banking, eBanking/Electronic Payments, Risk, Compliance, or Capital Markets, Life Insurance) • Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidates is a must • The position is based at Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia Experience • Solid end to end test management experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Able to handle projects as per the Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Able to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards (Test Manager) • Possess analytical and strategic with a track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization. • Must have strong leadership and people management skills; ability to influence, organizational ability and time management (Test Manager) • Embody the organization culture and align; support organization vision and mission • Excellent interpersonal, written & communications skills • Highly result oriented and able to work independently • Demonstrates ability to build relationship and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders • Ability to plan prioritize work / project within the team (Test Manager)
